Please complete the form below to register your entries. All details must be filled out accurately to ensure correct scheduling, age group placement, and smooth running on the day
When submitting your registration, please ensure:
The competitor’s date of birth is correct.
When calculating your troupe’s average age, please use the formula provided in the form.
Music is uploaded in MP3 format and clearly labelled with the dancer’s name and style.
Start position (on/off stage) is selected correctly.
Any special requirements are listed at the time of entry.
Entries are only confirmed once payment has been received (if applicable).

Definitions:
A “troupe group” refers to a troupe where the same dancers perform together.
Within this form, you can submit multiple troupe routines at once, provided the dancer lineup is identical for each routine.
If your routines involve different dancers, you may register up to 4 separate troupe groups. For additional troupe registrations, please contact our admin team for assistance.
